Getting to the Office

The office is in Toros Mahallesi, on Atatürk Boulevard, in the Konyaaltı district of Antalya. Its position on the boulevard makes it reachable by public transport both from within Konyaaltı and from the city centre, and the bus stops serving the boulevard are within walking distance. The same route serves those travelling from Liman, Hurma, Uncalı and Altınkum.

Free parking is available around the building for those arriving by car. The entrance and the lift are accessible to visitors with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users, and the meeting floor is reached by lift.

The map link on this page shows the exact location. For privacy reasons the map is not loaded automatically and opens only when selected.

Office Hours and Appointments

The office is open seven days a week between 09:00 and 18:00. Meetings are held by appointment, so that the file can be reviewed in advance and enough time can be set aside for the discussion.

Appointments may be requested by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Briefly describing the subject of the dispute when making the request helps, because it allows us to say in advance which documents will be needed. Clients outside Antalya, or abroad, can also be advised by telephone and video call.

Documents Worth Bringing

A first meeting is more productive when the relevant documents are to hand. The following are frequently needed, although this varies with the type of file:

  • Identification document or passport
  • The case file number and court details, if proceedings already exist
  • Service documents, formal notices and proof of the date of service
  • Contracts: lease, employment, sale or service agreements
  • Property documents such as the title deed record, building permit or management plan
  • Bank receipts, payment records, invoices
  • Correspondence: e-mails, messages or official letters

A meeting can still be held if not all documents are available; where a document is missing, the authority it can be obtained from is discussed at the meeting. Documents may also be sent electronically in advance.

How the First Meeting Works

The meeting begins with an account of the background and a review of the documents. The area of law engaged, the competent court, whether a preliminary stage such as mandatory mediation applies, and which time limits are running are then assessed. This assessment of time limits is the most important part of the meeting, because it shows whether there is any risk of losing a right.

At the end of the meeting the available routes and the likely course of each are explained. If the file is to be taken forward, a power of attorney is drawn up, and the type required for the particular matter is explained. No undertaking is given at any stage as to the outcome of a case.
