Education and Bar Registration

Av. Mücahit Çelik studied law at Akdeniz University and graduated in 2020. He completed his legal traineeship at Avukat Mücahit Çelik HUKUK & DANIŞMANLIK, gaining practical experience in the preparation of case files, attendance at hearings and the conduct of enforcement proceedings.

Following the traineeship he was admitted to the Antalya Bar Association under registration number 7781 and began practising as an independent lawyer. He is a founding partner of Avukat Mücahit Çelik HUKUK & DANIŞMANLIK and represents clients in files heard at the Antalya Courthouse. The practice is conducted within the framework of the Attorneyship Law no. 1136 and the professional rules of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.

Practice Areas

The office advises and represents clients in nine areas, with an emphasis on private law and criminal law:

• Family law: contested and uncontested divorce, alimony, custody, division of matrimonial property, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments
• Employment law: severance and notice pay, reinstatement, overtime and wage claims, determination of unregistered service
• Real estate and tenancy law: eviction, rent determination and adaptation, title deed cancellation and registration, partition of co-owned property
• Criminal law: defence at the investigation and prosecution stages before the assize and criminal courts
• Administrative law: annulment and full remedy actions, expropriation, zoning and municipal matters
• Enforcement and bankruptcy law: proceedings with and without judgment, negotiable instruments, actions to annul an objection
• Consumer law: defective goods and services, vehicle diminished value, banking and financial services disputes
• Commercial law: company formation, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes
• Immigration law: residence and work permits, citizenship applications, appeals against deportation

How the Office Works

A file is taken forward after an initial assessment at the first meeting. That assessment covers which court has jurisdiction, the time limits that apply, and the evidential weight of the available documents. Whether a preliminary step such as mediation or a formal notice is mandatory or advisable is also determined at this stage.

Hearing dates, expert reports and interim decisions are communicated to the client as the matter progresses. No undertaking is given as to the outcome of a case; at each stage the legal position and the available options are explained. Case documents are shared digitally on request.

Areas Served

The office is located on Atatürk Boulevard, Toros Mahallesi, in the Konyaaltı district of Antalya. Alongside Konyaaltı, clients from the Muratpaşa, Kepez, Döşemealtı and Aksu districts are also advised. Within Konyaaltı, enquiries from Liman, Hurma, Sarısu, Uncalı, Altınkum and Molla Yusuf frequently concern tenancy, condominium and seasonal employment matters. Konyaaltı has no separate courthouse, so files are heard at the Antalya Courthouse. For clients living outside Antalya or abroad, meetings are held by telephone or video call and documents may be sent electronically. Meetings are conducted in Turkish and in English.

Appointments and the First Meeting

Meetings are held by appointment. To arrange one, call (0242) 244 10 66, write via WhatsApp, or send an e-mail. Bringing the relevant documents to the first meeting makes the process quicker: contracts, title deed records, formal notices and service documents, bank receipts, correspondence and details of any existing case file.

Fees are determined on the basis of the Minimum Fee Tariff published each year by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, and a written fee agreement is drawn up. The amount varies with the type of matter, its scope and its expected duration.
